Massage Therapy Effective for MS Patients
Massage Therapy has been shown to reduce pain, improve balance, and boost walking sped better than exercise therapy in patients with multiple sclerosis. The results come from a study conducted at the Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Research Center in Iran. In addition, the study found that combining massage with exercise therapy resulted in the most pain reduction.
